Village Manager's Office

The Village Manager is responsible for making recommendations to the Village Board of Trustees concerning programs and policies and developing methods to ensure the effective and efficient operation of services. 

The Village Manager's office coordinates and administers the implementation of policies, procedures and ordinances.  Under the direction of the Village Manager, the administrative offices manage government operations, including day-to-day operations, human resources/personnel, communication, information technology, and support for the Village attorneys.

Clerk's Office

The administrative office supports the Village Clerk's office, which is responsible for maintaining all records, including:

  • All inquiries from the public in accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act
  • Board, commission, and committee minutes
  • Ordinances, resolutions, and the village code

The Communications Manager is responsible for providing information across multiple platforms through public relations, media outreach, social media management, and print production. The Communication Manager serves as a main point of contact for media inquiries.
