Premise Alert Program

The Premise Alert Program is a useful tool that allows Police/Fire responders and dispatch centers to be aware of special information or instructions regarding persons with special needs or disabilities that require immediate attention when calls for service are requested to a location.

As part of the Illinois Public Safety Act, the Premise Alert Program seeks to provided residents with disabilities and/or special needs the same access to public safety servivces extended to all residents by offering guidance/direction to public safety personnel in responding to and assisting these residents.
