The following are some programs that may assist qualifying residents: 

Village of Western Springs

Discount Water/Sewer Rate:

The Village offers a senior discounted water/sewer rate of $9 per thousand gallons to residents who are age 65 and older and meet an income level requirement. Please view the Senior Water/Sewer Discount for instructions and application. The application may be mailed to Village of Western Springs, Finance Department, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, IL 60558 or dropped off at the Village Hall.

Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County (CEDA)

CEDA offers a number of services to qualifying families and individuals in need

• Gas and Electric Assistance Program
• Furnace Repair and Replacement Program
• Utility Billing Relief Program
• Home Weatherization Program
• Housing Services
• Services for Women and Children
