Swallow Construction is scheduled to begin the mechanical bore for the new transmission main beginning Monday, July 29th. The new transmission main will be installed along the south curb line on Hillgrove Avenue from Johnson Avenue to Ellington Avenue. Parking along the south side of Hillgrove Avenue will be closed during the day while directional boring is underway. Traffic control and detour signage is anticipated to be in place to re-direct motorists.
