The 2019 Modified Pavement Condition Index (MPCI) Report is now available at the link below. The annual MPCI reports outline the roadway review and condition assessment process that staff performs each spring. Included are ratings for every roadway segment within Western Springs. Staff uses the outcomes of this review along with underground water and sewer infrastructure improvements to plan future roadway projects.
