The Village has completed the review of the proposed equipment replacement request for cellular equipment located on the Village's standpipe at 300 48th Street. A permit for the equipment replacement has been approved by the Village under the provisions of the cellular lease agreement. Please note that the proposed equipment replacement is on an existing macro-cell site, and is not the installation of micro-cell equipment. 

Additional documentation submitted by T-Mobile and reviewed by the Village has been provided below.
