UPDATE:  Chicago and Cook County have reported that they do not have enough vaccine supply to expand eligibility.  

Governor Pritzker announced that Illinois plans to expand Phase 1B vaccine eligibility on February 25 to people who have comorbidities and underlying conditions, as defined by the CDC. In addition, Illinois will also prioritize individuals with disabilities.
