Online registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, December 4, 2015. Residents may also mail, fax or drop off registration forms by 4:30 p.m., Thursday, December 3, 2015, to be included in the random registration process. The random registration process will happen simultaneously with the online registration process beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, December 4, 2015.
